Edmund’s vision and passion are behind the transformation of the estate. Previously, he ran a landscaping and architectural design business and helped establish Clear Water Revival, a leading natural swimming pool company. After completing a Masters in Sustainable Architecture, he decided to focus his design skills on transforming the redundant farm that is now known as West Lexham! Edmund has studied many healing and facilitation techniques, notably Vortex Healing. Which enables him to keep the space at West Lexham energetically clear and enhanced where possible.

Georgia brings an extensive knowledge of event coordination and guest satisfaction to West Lexham. She has worked for some of London’s top hotels and has moved to Norfolk with her husband and gorgeous four legged, best-friend Fiddich. As one of West Lexham’s longest serving staff, she knows the business inside and out and can always share an interesting fact or story. Georgia and Fiddich are always on hand to make new staff members feel welcome and ensure that guests are having the best stay with us. They’re West Lexham’s favourite duo!

Georgia is not only our amazing retreats and bookings coordinator, but a fully qualified yoga teacher too. Having co-founded a women’s sportswear brand that focused on the partnership between mental and physical wellbeing, she’s the perfect person to facilitate retreat bookings! With a background in festivals and events, she’s always up for something fun and loves getting involved in big projects, like renovating houses. Known in the office for her calming presence and intuition, she’s one of West Lexham’s gems.

Lucy learnt biodynamic gardening (diploma level 3) while working at Thornage Hall, where she managed their 7-acre, market garden for 9 years. She moved onto Michelin starred Moston Hall, setting up their kitchen garden and micro-green production working with head chef Greg Anderson. She loves travel, photography and running marathons! One of her photographs was a finalist for International Garden Photographer of the year in 2008 and was exhibited at Kew Gardens. Happiest in her veg garden, she’s a font of knowledge when it comes to produce and can often be found chatting to guests about what she’s growing.

Stacy joined West Lexham as part of the Kickstart scheme in April, after completing her creative writing undergraduate and master’s degrees. She loves that it's a completely different working environment and finds the atmosphere refreshing. She loves reading and currently writes a blog with some of her university friends. She spends as much time as possible making friends with animals and will be the first to greet any dogs on site!

Natasha worked in radio and TV before joining West Lexham and has worked on everything from the Big Breakfast to Comic Relief - as well as being a producer for Chris Evans’ infamous Radio 1 Breakfast Show. She returned to Norfolk in the early 2000’s to raise her son and built a super eco-house which featured on Grand Designs in 2014. Never seen without a smile, she always has time to lend an ear and offer advice when you need it. Incredibly warm and welcoming, Natasha is a much-loved member of the team!

Hailee loves being part of the West Lexham team - mainly because nature is at the heart of all decision making here. Being part of the team is ‘good for the soul’ - and she loves being able to walk amongst the trees while going about her work - even when it’s raining. Having studied conservation, she enjoys discussing West Lexham with our inquisitive guests. Hailee loves cycling, reading, nature docs - and has a burgeoning interest in basketry.

Sarah has worked at West Lexham since 2016. She loves working as part of a team at such a beautiful place and watching it change through the seasons. She loves adding little extra touches for the guests, like flowers in the rooms and birthday decorations. She's very creative and spends her time refurbishing old furniture and making art. She also rides a moped and can often be seen out on the lanes when the sun shines.
